Captain Julian Skelton
Capt. Julian grew up fishing the Chandeleur Islands with his family from the time he could swim, until he was 16 years old. Julian then took a job as a deckhand on a Chandeleur charter vessel under the captaincy and tightly run ship of his older brother. He held this job for three years, laying the groundwork for his love and passion for Chandeleur charter fishing. At 19, he enlisted in the United States Navy. After four years of service, and over 50,000nm sailed, he rejoined the civilian life and obtained his USCG 100ton master captains license. Now, after almost ten years of working as a hired captain, he has made the decision to step up to owner/operator of Sunrise Sportfishing LLC.
Tommy Crozat
Tommy is originally a native of New Orleans, LA, but was relocated to his family home on back bay Biloxi after Hurricane Katrina. Developing a passion for anything saltwater, thanks to the quick access of his 15’ Boston Whaler that was kept tied to his grandparents pier, he soon became a master of his craft across a broad spectrum. Anything from patterning out the trout and redfish bite, to chasing flounder down the beach at midnight, to running his crab pots after school, his passion for the gulf and what it has to offer is only matched by his strong work ethic and positive attitude.
